Counted submissions
“50 submissions a month” is not a free plan. It’s a trial you find out about when a lead bounces.
Build a form in a visual editor, embed it with two lines of code, and collect unlimited submissions. Flat €6 a month.
The live CraftForms form loads here. It has the same three fields and the same live total.

Why bother
Counted submissions
“50 submissions a month” is not a free plan. It’s a trial you find out about when a lead bounces.
Tool sprawl
A form tool, a calendar, a quote generator and a PDF service, stitched together to handle one enquiry.
Dead ends
Most form tools stop at “message sent.” No confirmation worth reading, no document, no record you can work from.
How it works
Step 1
Visual block editor, or start from a template — contact, quote, RSVP, tickets, hotel booking, guided tour, boat rental.
Step 2
Copy two lines into your page. Your dashboard fills in your own key and address.
Step 3
Submissions, orders and bookings in one dashboard. Notification emails sent from your own domain.
<div data-craftforms-embed="YOUR_KEY"></div>
<script src="https://you.forms.craftforms.app/…/embed.js" defer></script>
Change a price or a field and it’s live instantly. The form and its prices load at runtime, so a static site never needs rebuilding to fix a typo in a price.
The payoff
The same form that emails you can also hold a calendar, work out a price, and hand the visitor a document at the end.

Spam
No puzzles, no “click all the traffic lights”, no Google captcha. CraftForms notices how a real person fills in a form — timing, typing, touch and mouse — and quietly turns bots away. On our side, limits per address and per form stop floods, and stop anyone using your form to mail-bomb someone.

Questions
Every submission is accepted, stored and shown in your dashboard, on every plan including Free. We never block one.
The thing that does have an allowance is notification emails — 100, 2,000 or 10,000 a month depending on the plan. Connect your own SMTP server and that allowance no longer applies.
Stripe and PayPal do. CraftForms connects to your own Stripe or PayPal account — payments are processed by them directly, and the funds go straight to you. We never receive, hold or route the money, and we add no fee of our own.
CraftForms is form software. The checkout step is an integration, the same way the email step is.
The embed is a Astro and Hugo have ready-made components today. We’re testing and writing a short guide for each of the others, and we’d rather link a guide we’ve checked than a logo we haven’t. It imports their iCal feeds and blocks those dates in your form, so a date already booked on Airbnb can’t be sold again on your own site. Your forms keep running for 30 days. Submissions and orders carry on arriving exactly as before, so an expired card never costs you an enquiry. What closes straight away is the form editor — you can still sign in to your account to update payment, and the moment you do, everything comes back untouched. After 30 days the forms stop accepting submissions and we archive the site: one download holding your submissions, orders, forms and uploaded files, waiting in your account. It stays there for another 60 days — 90 days in total — and is then deleted for good. The Free plan never hits this timer. No. Spam protection is built in and invisible. It recognises bots by how they fill in the form, and limits on our side stop floods. Your visitors never solve a puzzle, and no third-party captcha script watches them. Your forms, submissions and files are on servers in the European Union. No tracking cookies, no third-party captcha, no ads, and we don’t sell data. Submissions record the visitor’s IP address, and a half-filled form is kept in your dashboard so you can follow it up — both are things to mention in your own privacy notice.
